Main purpose:

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

Conduct highly specialized installations, repairs and inspections of various products and equipment at customer site or own premises
Determine the best approach considering energy efficiency, environmental impact and maintenance costs when providing customer support.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for highly complex situations and provide technical feedback on issues. Second line support 20%
Work proactively to develop new solutions to prevent recurring problems

Transfer knowledge and use it to solve new and highly complex problems
Spend 20% of time to collect technical information and add to database
Complete analysis of failed product and report on any abnormalities to the relevant party (e.g. Product Support and Service Technician)

Job description

The main focus on this job is to carry out the entire after-sales service tasks for the company’s machines installed in Russia in a very independent manner, but in close coordination and cooperation with the company’s Sales and Service unit in St. Petersburg and with the company’s headquarter in Germany.

This job includes the following duties

Customer support:

Contact person for our Russian customers in regard of After-Sales-Service
Providing technical customer support via telephone or email
Clarifying spare part demands based on customer requests
Prioritizing and planning of customer visits
Handling of complaints

Field service

Initiating and providing field service at the customer
Troubleshooting in case of machine malfunction or brakedown
Service and repair on the company’s machinery at the customer
Providing technical and technological consulting, support and hints to different stakeholders at the customer on After-Sales
Service issues Installing upgrades/retrofits on customer machinery
Providing relocation of the company’s machinery for the customer

Commissioning

Assembling and taking into operation of the company’s products at the customer

Requirement profile

Вы будете:

Определять, создавать, контролировать и гарантировать выполнение рабочих заданий по ремонту и обслуживанию оборудования.
Проводить разъяснения и обучение для сменных техников, операторов и контрактных сотрудников по безопасному выполнению работ и эксплуатации оборудования, приемам проведения ремонтных работ.
Активно участвовать в любой большой ремонтной работе на фабрике, если это диктуется необходимостью.

Мы ожидаем:

Высшее образование по направлениям механика, машиностроение, автомобилестроение, авиастроение.
Опыт работы на должности механика, главного механика, плюс опыт наладчика или эксперта- специалиста производственных линий. В сумме не менее 3-х лет.
Желательно знание инструментов LEAN (5S, KAIZEN, SMED, PDCA).
